About the Role: Group Manager for Infrastructure IT

This is a key role in the development of Ellevio's future OT (Operational Technology) operations. You will be responsible for leading and developing a team of experienced specialists while driving the work to ensure stable, secure, and efficient management of business-critical OT solutions.

This is a role for you who thrives at the intersection of leadership, technology, and business development. Over the coming years, Ellevio faces significant changes within the OT area, where new systems, solutions, ways of working, and competencies must be established as part of several strategically important development initiatives. You will become a key part of building the organization and processes required to meet future demands for a digitalized and robust power grid.

You lead a team of 12 engaged and knowledgeable employees who work closely with the business to develop and manage solutions for monitoring, control, and communication in the power grid. The team is characterized by high competence, significant autonomy, and a strong desire to collaborate and support each other. In this role, you have many contact points and work closely with internal business units, IT, the security organization, as well as external suppliers and partners.

Qualifications and Fit

You have the ability to create structure, build relationships, and drive change in an environment where technology, business, and people meet. As a person, you are structured, results-oriented, relationship-building, stable, and collaborative.

We look for you to have:

• Relevant university education in engineering, electrical power, IT, industrial automation, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a managerial or leadership role with personnel responsibility.
• Experience in supplier management and contract issues.
• Experience in change management and business development.
• Good ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.

Meritorious qualifications:

• Experience with IT/OT solutions within the power grid industry.
• Knowledge of SCADA or industrial control and monitoring systems (ICS).
• Experience in system and application management.
• Experience with budget responsibility and financial follow-up.
• Knowledge of security protection legislation or other relevant regulations.
